Friendly and welcoming staff who are clearly committed to getting to the bottom of any issue. They were fair, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout. Wonderful team and excellent service at Smith's. Fixed the aircon (diagnosis, new condenser and replaced o-rings) for much cheaper than one of the big chain garages quoted. Felt very transparent as they talked me through the process, and kept me updated with progress along the way.
